Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior M365 Developer to design, build, and enhance custom solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Background:

The organization is seeking the services of an M365 Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of custom applications and automations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions using tools such as Power Platform, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Microsoft Graph.

Tasks:

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom M365 solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Building SPFx web parts, extensions, and components to extend SharePoint Online functionality.
• Gathering and analyzing technical and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Developing Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to automate workflows and improve user experience.
• Creating Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and support decision-making.
• Integrating M365 services using Microsoft Graph API and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, AD).
• Implementing security and compliance measures to protect data and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for custom solutions.
• Staying current with new M365 and Power Platform features and recommending adoption best practices.

Must Haves:

• M365 Solutions - 5+ years
• Experience building SPFx web parts, extensions, and components to extend SharePoint Online
• Two Relevant Certifications: Azure Fundamental Certificate, Microsoft 365 Fundamental Certificate, Microsoft Security, Compliance and Security Fundamentals Certificate, AWS and/or GCP certificate.
