Our client is seeking a skilled Senior JIRA/Confluence Systems Analyst to support the ERP Systems & Services team in transitioning from legacy work and knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel) to Atlassian Cloud JIRA and Confluence.

6-month contract - to March 31, 2026

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a JIRA Specialist
• Experience configuring and administering Atlassian JIRA and Confluence in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in JIRA workflow design, including issue types, screens, fields, permissions, and schemes.
• Experience with JIRA automation, including rule creation for triggers, conditions, and actions (e.g., auto-close, auto-assign, notifications).
• Ability to configure Confluence, including templates, macros, and integration with JIRA.
• Experience migrating legacy documentation (e.g., SharePoint, Word, Excel) into JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGC) and compliance requirements in enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in creating and managing JIRA dashboards and reports for multiple user groups.
• Knowledge of test management and traceability tools or plugins (e.g., Zephyr, Xray).
• Experience supporting SDLC and related use cases (e.g., business analysis, development, testing, support).
• Ability to map and migrate metadata and structured content between systems.
