How will performance be measured: hitting timelines/deliverables, how quickly they deliver and the quality
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 5+ years of Java experience
2.) 5+ years of backend or full stack experience
3.) Jira and Confluence experience
4.) Agile experience
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
2.) Strong interpersonal skills
3.) Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment
4.) Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Angular experience
2.) No SQL or Cosmos DB experience
3.) Banking or financial institution experience
