Our enterprise energy client is seeking a Senior IT Strategic Sourcing Lead to execute enterprise technology RFx processes and negotiate ERP-related contracts using ERP platforms, SaaS, and cloud technologies.

Lead complex enterprise technology sourcing initiatives supporting ERP and large-scale digital transformation programs. Execute end-to-end RFx activities, vendor evaluations, and commercial negotiations across SaaS, cloud, and enterprise systems environments. Support cross-functional stakeholders through procurement execution and contract delivery.

This is an initial 12‑month engagement with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will be expected to work onsite fulltime in Calgary.

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years of IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or technology contracting
• ERP platform, RFP, RFQ, and RFI execution for enterprise technology sourcing initiatives
• MSA, SOW, SaaS, cloud services, and enterprise software contract negotiation
• Vendor evaluations, stakeholder facilitation, and multi-stakeholder enterprise sourcing environments
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field

Nice-To-Haves:

• Professional supply chain designation including SCMP, CIP, or CPM
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or ERP procurement systems
• Experience supporting business transformation initiatives
• Experience working with system integrators and enterprise implementation partners

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise technology sourcing activities for ERP platforms, SaaS solutions, cloud services, and enterprise applications
• Execute end-to-end RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes
• Facilitate vendor evaluations and procurement discussions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Negotiate enterprise technology agreements including MSAs, SOWs, licensing, subscription, and implementation contracts
• Develop sourcing documentation, procurement artifacts, and commercial recommendations
• Support ERP and enterprise platform initiatives through sourcing and contract execution
• Coordinate with IT, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Business Transformation stakeholders
