Senior IT Project Manager to lead the upgrade of OpenText Content Server (22.1 > 25.3) and support delivery of additional enterprise application initiative

Our public sector client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the upgrade of OpenText Content Server (22.1 > 25.3) and support delivery of additional enterprise application initiatives. (504)

Contract: 37.5 hours/week | Remote within Canada (MST hours)

Must Haves:

• 10+ years IT Project Management delivering enterprise technology initiatives
• Ideal candidate has completed a previous OpenText Content Server upgrade
• Strong experience with project governance, scheduling, and cost tracking
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Project Server, or similar)
• Experience coordinating cross-functional IT teams and vendors

Nice to Have:

• Experience delivering enterprise platform upgrades or migrations
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience supporting enterprise document or information management systems

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and delivery of the OpenText Content Server upgrade (22.1 25.3)
• Develop and manage project plan, schedule, budget tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate internal IT SMEs, developers, analysts, and vendors
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain delivery governance
• Support UAT coordination and stakeholder communication
• Contribute to delivery of additional enterprise application projects as required
