Our managed services client is seeking a Senior Intune Compute & MDM Technician to design, test, and implement enterprise-scale End User Compute environments using Windows, Office 365, SCCM, and Intune

Join a collaborative technology team driving large-scale end user compute modernization across a leading financial environment. This role leads the configuration, management, and automation of Windows devices and Intune-managed workstations to ensure secure, efficient, and standardized deployment across the enterprise. The position offers hands-on ownership of computing infrastructure with strong visibility across multiple organizational stakeholders in a global setting.

Location: Kincardine, ON

Must Haves

• Proven experience in SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and MDM/MAM policy configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop and managing VDI environments across user devices

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and its Intune integration
• Continuous certification and self-learning in endpoint technologies

Key: Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand our current workstation management environment
• Manage user devices in our SCCM / MEM / Intune environment
• Manage and update workstation configurations (image/AutoPilot)
• Manage and implement new Policies in our Active Directory/Intune environment
• Manage application deployments and their updates
• Supports complex and modern end user computing solutions
