Our midstream client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Project Manager to lead complex HR initiatives and drive strategic projects across the organization. (19599)


Must-haves:

· 8-10+ years of project management experience, preferably in corporate services or HR projects.

· Proven experience managing large, complex projects from initiation to completion within a PMO framework.

· Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations in a corporate environment.

· Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).

· Proficiency in change management, including creating adoption plans and supporting business transitions.

· PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.

· Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements to drive PMO excellence.
