Senior HR Project Manager to work on HR Transformation Projects implementing new operating models with ServiceNow experience
**Requires some on-site meetings in Calgary
Must Have:
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager
- Experience on at least one HR Transformation project preferrable implementing new operating/process models for an HR Shared Services organization
- Experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD and or Success Factors modules with strong understanding of workflow automation and integration
- Experience with end to end HR lifecycle
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP Success Factors
- PMP certification
