Senior Guidewire Developer to lead policy and billing implementations using Guidewire Cloud in the software development team

Our insurance industry client is seeking a Senior Guidewire Developer to lead policy and billing implementations using Guidewire Cloud in the software development team

This role leads end-to-end development, integration, and configuration of Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter within a cloud environment.

Must Haves

• Minimum **8-10 years** software development experience, focused on **Guidewire PolicyCenter** and/or **BillingCenter**
• At least **4-5 years of system integration** experience using **microservices** or related technologies
• Hold current **Guidewire Certification** (Specialist or Professional level)
• Experience leading or mentoring teams without direct senior oversight as **technical lead**
• Experience integrating with GW Cloud

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in P&C insurance systems

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter configurations
• Lead integration development using microservices and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Guidewire Cloud solutions
• Provide technical leadership and direction to developers
• Oversee build, test, and deployment procedures for stable releases
• Ensure compliance with architectural and coding standards
• Support production and post-implementation optimization
