Software Developer V - Java
Duration: 1 year
- Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days work from (4 days on site eventually)
- Anchor Days (if applicable): Thursday, second day is dependent on pod

CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:
Years of Overall Experience: 10+ years of experience
How will performance be measured: Hitting deliverables and timelines, following the scaled agile methodology
Preferred/Ideal Candidate: Banking or FI experience is an asset
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 10+ years of full stack development
2.) Database programming, API development
3.) Event handling and messaging using Kafka
4.) Strong experience using Java (backend) and Angular (front end)
Degree/Level of Education: Degree or Diploma is an asset
Certifications Required: Azure cloud, Java, secure coding, AI certifications would be a nice to have
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Azure cloud, Java, secure coding, AI certifications
2.) Previous banking or financial institution experience
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
