Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and experienced full stack developer with experience in cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Blockchain. A must is a passion for technology, productivity and learning. They will join an AI-augmented team in our Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) Department. This is a key role in leveraging emerging technologies to increase productivity and stability and reduce costs within technology department. The role will be responsible for technical design, development and testing on rapid prototypes (Proofs of Concept (PoCs)) and similar types of projects in innovative environments. They also support implementation and adoption of their solutions, partnering with other teams and professionals in the organization.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math).
• 6+ years of working experience in technology, of which:
• 3+ years are direct experience working with agile practices, Azure cloud and DevOps.
• 4+ years are direct experience as a full-stack software developer.
• 2+ years of experience leading the development cycle, mentoring and directing work for less experienced team members.
• 2+ years of experience using emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), including AI models, generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), Azure AI offerings, natural language processing (NLP), Agentic Frameworks and Systems, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and deep learning frameworks
• Programming Proficiency
• Python including libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch
• C#, .NET Core
• TypeScript and JavaScript
• Front-end web frameworks like Blazor, Angular, React or Vue.

Nice to Have:

• AI Integration in Software Delivery
• Participation in projects involving AI components, such as developing chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics tools. Experience in end-to-end AI project development, from conception to deployment, is a plus.
• ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Model Deployment: Knowledge of serving models using REST APIs or platforms like TensorFlow Serving.
• Azure Cognitive Services: Experience using pre-built APIs for vision, speech, language, and decision-making tasks.
• Azure Machine Learning: Ability to build, train, and deploy models using Azure's managed services.
• Familiarity with Azure AI and Machine Learning services.
• Integration of AI services into CI/CD pipelines.
