Senior Financial Analyst
1 year contract
2 days onsite in Markham (Wednesday is core day for team)
Our large insurance client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for their accounts receivable team.
Responsibilities:
Full cycle accounts receivables finance operations.
Perform daily tracking of AR activities and perform month end GL bookings for AR.
Reconcile monthly AR transactions.
Reconcile AR positions at each period end.
Prepare journal bookings.
Work with Billing Operations teams to perform investigations and variance analysis as required.
Assess appropriateness of accounting operations for accounts receivables.
Must have:
5+ years' experience as a Financial Analyst.
Experience working with a Public/Large scale organization.
Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and how transactions work.
Strong reconciliations experience, must know how to trace and uncover anomalies.
Nice to have:
Oracle Fusion
Automation experience
CPA or near completion
