Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Facilities Lead to manage leases and preventative maintenance as well as vendors for a 500+ person business. This role is 5 days per week in office with two work from home Friday's per month.
Must Have:
- 7+ years experience managing Facilities services
- Experience managing leases, and preventative maintenance for buildings
- Experience with vendor management (ex: this client is managing fleets of trucks as well as travel credit with vendors)
- Familiarity with contracts
