Senior ERP Technical Consultant to assist with the generation and conversion of reports within Unit4 ERP, and with support to system users

Our valued client is looking for a Senior ERP Technical Consultant to assist with the generation and conversion of reports within Unit4 ERP, and with support to system users

This is a fully remote position

Tasks include:

• Assist with the backlog of automation and custom report changes and new development in Unit4
• Provide Unit4 ERP to system users including technical and front end, including system administration, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Leads the full lifecycle of custom code and report development-from design and testing to deployment, maintenance, and documentation-integrating AI where applicable.
• Assist with conversion of users from Unit4 Desktop to Web environments
• Utilize AI tools to build and identify efficiencies based on current technologies employed by the organization, if required
• Develops and maintains technical documentation, administrative records, and contributes to the organizational knowledge repository
• Supports ERP users by assisting with new or modified custom reports and collaborating with Business Applications Analysts.
• Assesses and addresses technical impacts of system or workflow changes, upgrades, and other application-related initiatives.
• Contributes to the development of technical solutions and scripts to meet business requirements, including configuration and design input.
• Participates in project and operational planning, executing changes under the guidance of project leadership and the Request for Change (RFC) process.
• Ensures secure storage and tagging of sensitive business and employee information. Documents technical processes, including design, testing, and deployment, in a timely and thorough manner.
• Complies with the organization's Policies and Procedures

Must have:

• Secret clearance, with validity to March 31, 2027
• 2 years SQL experience withing the last 5 years
• 2 years ERP report writing in the last 5 years
• 2 years ERP application configuration/support in the last 5 years

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with Unit4 ERP - Desktop
• Prior experience in Business analysis / requirements / design working directly with end users
• Prior experience with Unit4 ERP Web
• Prior experience using Unit4 technical tools (Xtra, Excelerator, AG16)
• Prior experience with ERP API
• Prior experience with AI tolls to improve efficiencies or process improvmeents
• Bilingualism (English/French)
