Description
Our Banking client is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build data solutions and support data modernization platform - 100% REMOTE (PST Hours).
Permanent Opportunity, 100% Remote - Must be able to work PST hours (Candidate location: ON & BC)
Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience as a Data Engineer within the Financial/Banking sector.
- programming background (PySpark, Python)
- Experience working with data related initiatives included data warehouses, data migration
- Experience with data modeling and creating visualizations in Power BI.
- Strong expertise in Azure, Databricks
- SQL development, including T-SQL and SSIS.
- Experience with Unity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on working experience with Microsoft Fabric
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
