Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (6+ years) to manage Salesforce license lifecycle and deliver enterprise analytics using Power BI

Join a high-visibility team supporting the Enterprise Client Relationship Management Centre of Excellence within a large financial institution. The role focuses on end-to-end Salesforce license lifecycle management, enterprise data analysis, and Power BI dashboard development. This opportunity provides direct exposure to senior leadership across multiple business lines and ownership of a clearly defined function with strong onboarding documentation.

Must Haves

• 4+ years in data analysis or business analysis supporting enterprise-scale initiatives
• Advanced Power BI skills across visualization, dashboarding, and data ingestion from Excel/CSV
• Power BI certification (mandatory or near-mandatory)
• Strong communication and storytelling using PowerPoint and executive-level reporting

Nice to Have

• Salesforce user-level familiarity
• Experience within a Centre of Excellence (COE)
• Background in banking or financial services

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Salesforce license lifecycle within the ECRM Centre of Excellence
• Analyze license usage data from Excel/CSV and Salesforce production environments
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to track license usage and optimization trends
• Support BAU processes and maintain documentation during transition and onboarding
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across lines of business to communicate insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to license management and reporting
