Duration: Target end date: April 1, 2026 - with extension possible

Job Description:

As a Senior Consultant, Workday Solutions you will provide techno- functional support for the design, delivery, configuration, testing and support of our Workday application. Working collaboratively with partners across HR, related business groups, Technology and external vendors, you will deliver system changes, maintenance activities and strategic roadmap items in a thoughtful, thorough and consultative manner. You will help ensure the on-going solution delivery of the Workday application.


• Design, Configure and Optimize - Collaborate with various HR and business functions, subject matter experts, vendors and stakeholders to optimize business processes including the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of changes and enhancements in Workday. Thoroughly gather, document and socialize requirements and ensure full testing including regression of all changes. Identify opportunities to unlock the value of Workday through ongoing adoption of new features and enhancements. Focus on employee experience to create engaging digital experiences.

• Consultation and Advice- Leverage your deep understanding of Workday functionality and system experience design to partner closely and provide consultation and Workday subject matter expertise to intake, solution, plan and deploy initiatives across the portfolio. Understand the current state and future objective of operational processes and support leaders and partners to assess potential options and change impacts. Provide cycle administration and consulting support for The Bank operational cycles and annual activities.

• Change Management - As a champion for change, consult with the broader teams to support change management and process improvement initiatives that will equip HR and Delivery functions with the knowledge necessary to support Workday solutions.

• Relationship Building and Management- Build and leverage strong relationships with internal and external partners to provide consultative advice and work collaboratively to find solutions, turning good ideas into great outcomes. Become a trusted advisor. Lead or participate in collaborative project teams on key initiatives. Proactively engage and communicate with key stakeholders, networks and partners to get diverse perspectives, share information and build alignment on strategies and plans.


Must Have Requirement:

- 5 year's experience with Workday (Troubleshooting issues)

- Extensive Workday configuration knowledge

- Workday Certification

- Familiar with Workday Advanced Compensation - Initiate Compensation Review process (Workday cert not required if they have this experience)

- Strong excel (Troubleshoot of calculations - downloading data from Workday to problem sole in excel. Mass uploads of data into Workday - familiar with v-lookups and basic formula's)
