Our Agricultural client is looking a Senior Change Manager to drive transformative change for a Financial PMO Capability Expansion project


Must Have;

  • 8+ years of experience as a Change Manager to lead large transformative change.
  • Experience working within a PMO environment
  • Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and change management plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct readiness assessments, manage stakeholder impacts, and create training strategies.
  • Relevant certifications in Change Management, such as Prosci or similar


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a targeted communication strategy to ensure stakeholder buy-in and facilitate organizational change.
  • Craft compelling communications and create persuasive PowerPoint presentations to articulate the vision, strategy, and progress of change initiatives, ensuring messages resonate with all levels of the organization and drive engagement.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between project teams, leadership, and the wider organization, ensuring transparency throughout the change process.
  • Craft a Case for Change and a comprehensive Change Management Strategy to guide the organization through change initiatives.
  • Conduct Stakeholder Impact Analyses and Business Readiness Assessments to tailor change strategies and training programs effectively.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition to the Change Management Office post-project, emphasizing sustainable change and continuous improvement.
