Our public sector client is looking for a a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support a modernization of a management capability for the client's contact centre from Verint EM Pro to ServiceNow
1 year contract, 1 day/week onsite in Vancouver, 37.5 hrs a week. Strong chances to be extended, multi year program
Must Haves:
- 7+ years experience as Business Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow on the technical side
- Strong business acumen
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
