Senior Business Systems Analyst to provide day-to-day operations support for various ERP systems for a financial services client

Our valued financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to provide day-to-day operations support for various ERP systems!

Initial 6-month contract opportunity (100% remote in EST hours). Candidates available for on-site work in the National Capital Region would be preferred. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

As the successful candidate you will work with the operations support team helping manage various applications such as IFS, Dynamics 365, Basware, Concur, Blackline, and IT2 Treasury Management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and business systems support for 10+ different financial systems and applications (e.g. IFS, D365), including master data setup, incident management, small improvements / enhancements, etc.
• Assist in the coordination of the production support activities including analyzing diagnostic information about cross-functional or complex problems and recommend sound solutions
• Support QA efforts including unit test and production deployment

Must-Have Skills

• Strong demonstrated experience working with financial and treasury ERP systems such as IFS, Dynamics 365, Basware, Concur, Blackline, and IT2
• Demonstrated experience with master data setup, incident management, operations support, production support, etc.
• Background in accounting / finance, ideally with a CPA or CFA
• Ability to perform SQL scripting
