Our Financial services client is seeking Senior Business Systems Analyst to conduct systems process analysis, integration assessments for Consent Management Project

6 month contract with a strong likelihood of further extensions, Remote - BC, AB & ON (PST hours).

Overview:

The Consent Management Project is a multi-phase initiative aimed at mitigating compliance risks and aligning with evolving regulatory standards to put our business in the optimal position for growth through proactive and customized offers. It seeks to establish a robust infrastructure for managing member consent and preferences across CRM system and integrations.

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst in compliance, privacy, or consent-related projects.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, data governance, and regulatory frameworks in an FI environment.
• Experience with consent management processes and/or systems
• Experience with mapping processes, identifying the key technology changes from current to future state), gap analysis, documentation and modeling skills (experience creating process maps, use case/user stories and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of consent and preference management capabilities)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple Business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiples lines of business and facilitation experience
• Active listening, questioning and elicitation technique interview experience (must be able to design future states working with both system users and business SMEs)
• Experience in working with Azure DevOps and good understanding of agile practices & Jira for project/solution delivery
• Post-secondary education in a related field (i.e. Computer Science or IT) or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Canadian CASL & privacy regulations and other relevant regulation
• Journey mapping and experience design (especially for member-facing consent experiences).
• Knowledge of Banking industry

Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst to support the Consent Management Project by gathering and documenting business requirements (particularly strengthening the data and systems pieces), mapping processes, identifying the key technology changes from current to future state), gap analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of consent and preference management capabilities.
