Senior Business Process Re-engineering Consultant to assist in the update of change management processes and implementation of a cloud change advisory boar

Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Business Process Re-engineering Consultant to assist in the update of change management processes and implementation of a cloud change advisory board.

Background:

In collaboration with it's stakeholders, the organization is developing a change management workflow tool that will simplify and expedite the way change requests are handled. They will also be implementing a new cloud related change advisory board.

Tasks:

• Review existing ITSM work processes and organizational structure;
• Analyze business functional requirements for SaaS (Software as a Service) to identify information, procedures and decision flows;
• Provide expert advice in defining new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions for SaaS offerings; identify and provide preliminary costs of potential options;
• Provide expert advice in developing and integrating process and information models between On-premises and cloud processes to eliminate information and process redundancies;
• Identify and recommend new processes and organizational structures for cloud services such as Microsoft 365 (M365);
• Provide expert advice on and/or assist in implementing new processes and organizational changes for M365 suite of products;
• Use business, workflow and organizational modeling software tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, etc.
• Work with ITIL based processes (i.e. Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release management, Deployment management etc.) using an EITSM System such as Assyst and Remedy;
• Generate service-level performance report for identified services;
• Provide written reports on the progress of all assigned tasks/deliverables when requested by the TA;
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to other members of the team through training, SOPs, documentation and job shadowing.

• Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
