Our valued public sector client is seeking to hire a Senior Business Consultant to generate a roadmap to address critical Operational Support deficiencies within the organization's logistics support component.

Background:

The organization is poorly understood and communicated inside and outside the formation. There is a requirement to codify best practices and develop an understanding of the organization in a Contested Congested Logistics environment. This initiative is crucial for addressing deficiencies in the Operational Support (OS) and Command Support (CS) environment required to execute and sustain joint pan-domain operations in NON-permissive environments.

Tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to understand current practices, challenges, and emerging trends related to OS in a non-permissive operating environment
• Create an ARA matrix
• Draft, coordinate, facilitate, and prepare a paper on the employment of the organization in non-permissive environments
• Draft Doctrine Notes for changes
• Draft options for investment
• Draft Statements of Capability Deficiency
• Assist in the preparation, development and coordination of the organization's capability planning and development
• Analyzing stakeholder's business objectives and recommending and developing solutions to address their problems
• Participate in Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) drills
• Prepare presentations, briefings, and other materials to effectively communicate key observations, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders

• Secret Clearance
