Description
Our Public Sector Client requires a Senior Business Consultant (10+ years) to asses the departments service and asset management processes, and advise on areas for improvement.
Responsibilities to Include:
- Audit service management with regards to software licenses and asset management. This involves tracking the process from cradle to grave.
- Identify areas for improvement (i.e. redundancies, automation, etc.)
- Present findings to Senior Management (Director and DG level) and create strategies on how to improve
- Support the development of business cases and project roadmaps
Must Haves:
- Previous experience defining, analyzing, and improving software asset management (SAM) processes
- Previous experience reporting and presenting to high-level executives
- Previous experience developing business cases and project roadmaps
- Government of Canada experience
- Reliability Clearance
Nice to Haves:
- Bilingual (French and English)
