Senior Business Banking Analyst

Project: Procurement strategy and enterprise programs; runs enterprise-level transformation programs

Responsibilities:

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies

• Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers

• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation

• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities

• Supports one or more highly complex business processes

• Works on multiple projects as a project team member

• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

Must Have Requirement:

• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Experience leading stakeholder discussions and facilitating working sessions

• Strong documentation skills

• Experience with Confluence and Jira

• Proficiency with MS Office suite

• Experience documenting user stories and participating in Agile ceremonies

• Experience supporting QA and UAT

•Top 5 Banking experience or insurance industry experience

• Understanding of IT project lifecycle

• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage difficult stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience with procurement system implementations

• Bachelors degree (MBA or similar)
