Our valued public sector client is seeking to hire two Senior Business Analysts to capture and track classified project requirements and ensure that the solution is tested and delivered.

Background:

The projects aim is to design, procure and implement a modern deployable enhanced Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) capability which will enhance surveillance and domain awareness, expand intelligence analysis, support operations, and ensure interoperability with allies. Both Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government-off-the-Shelf (GOTS) will need to be evaluated/tested/integrated, and the resulting best fit solutions will be implemented to address the new system and the sustained functionalities of the existing capability that needs to be carried forward.

Tasks:

• Use tools like DOORS for traceability, change tracking, and database updates.
• Perform impact analysis and update specs accordingly.
• Develop and execute test cases for verifying and validating requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document outcomes.
• Ensure all requirements align with the Statement of Requirements.
• Communicate changes, dependencies, and impacts to PMO.

Must Haves:

• Business Analyst (IM/IT) - 10+ years
• Degree (IM/IT related)
• Business Analysis Professional Certification (ex: PMI’s PBA designation)
• Federal Government experience
