Description
Our client is looking for Senior Business Analyst with strong process modelling and requirements elicitation to support Oracle ERP projects in areas such as HR, Finance, SCM and more.
This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in Calgary or Edmonton offices
Must Haves:
- 5+ years' of experience as a Business Analyst with experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
- Proven delivery experience in Oracle ERP projects in areas such as: Finance, HR, SCM etc.
- Must have strong Process modelling experience
- Must have experience working within Agile and Waterfall environments
- Experience with BRD Development and RTM Management in JIRA, Confluence (or equivalent tools)
Nice to have:
- Experience in the utility, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
- Familiarity with industry frameworks and/or methodologies such as PMI, P3M3, Value Stream Management and change/transformation models.
- CBAP certification
