Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience supporting projects in IAM with strong process improvement experience to support Onboarding as a Service project for our utilities client

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in Calgary or Edmonton

Must Haves

• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analysis supporting SDLC based projects
• Previous experience supporting IAM projects or security based projects
• Strong Process mapping experience to optimize process workflows

Nice to Have

• Background in cross-functional team leadership
• ServiceNow processes including workflows

Responsibilities

• Project & Requirements Analysis: with a focus on initiatives including onboarding and ServiceNow integration by defining scope, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Documentation & Modeling: Maintain process and technical documentation; create diagrams, specifications, and visual aids to support development.

• Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance business analysis workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

• Cybersecurity & IT Support: Align requirements with cybersecurity standards, support secure workflows, and contribute to IT governance and compliance.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication across developers, clients, and leadership; translate business needs into actionable solutions.

• Collaboration & Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams including data architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.

• Lifecycle Management: Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle; communicate changes and ensure alignment.
