S.i. Systems client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to enhanced ITSM processes including (incident management, change requests)
12 month contract - chance of extension - 37.5 hours/week - Hybrid model (1 day per week in New Westminster)
MUST HAVES:
- 7+ years of business analysis experience.
- Experience enhancing ITSM processes
NICE TO HAVES:
- Public Sector experience
