Our valued Public Sector Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the Defense Interim Secret Cloud Optimization initiative

Tasks:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Cloud Work Plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules for upcoming cloud initiatives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document cloud requirements, including user needs, system functionality, workflows, information flows, decision points, and operational procedures.
• Identify stakeholder and user groups (e.g., developers, application owners, administrators) and define their documentation needs to support cloud migration and adoption.
• Create step-by-step cloud migration documentation and guides for teams migrating applications and data to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
• Document cloud governance, security, and compliance requirements, including regulatory, audit, access control, and data management obligations.
• Develop cloud training and enablement materials, including tutorials, learning modules, and reference guides for users and administrators.
• Prepare and support the development of cloud diagrams, illustrations, and executive-level materials, including cost-benefit analyses, performance measurement reports, presentations, and briefing materials; provide ongoing documentation support to the project team leader (e.g., meeting minutes, recommendations, technical analyses, and presentations).

Must Haves:

• Business Analyst 10+years
• Secret clearance
• Exposure to Cloud transformation projects 2+years
• Degree or Diploma in IM/IT

Work Location:

• Hybrid (Occasional on site requirements)
