Description
S.i. System's client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the Contact Center Capability Feasibility Study in the transportation sector. RFC-2026-012
6 month contract - strong chance of extension - 37.5 hours/week - 2 days in the office starting April 1 - office in New Westminster
MUST HAVE:
- Experience facilitating workshops and leading stakeholder discussions to gather and refine requirements.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience with process mapping, journey modeling, and translating business needs into use cases or user stories.
- Ability to support scoping, prioritization, and alternatives/options analysis to inform solution design.
- Experience performing cost-benefit analysis, ROM estimates, and identifying risks and dependencies.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and technical writing skills.
- Experience with benefits mapping and maintaining traceability from requirements through delivery.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Project management experience.
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
