Description
Our CROWN corporation client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support business requirement gathering, enhancing system functionalities, optimize business processes, provide technical & operational support for Microsoft Dynamics - 21713
1 year contract to start, possible extension. Hybrid position within downtown Vancouver, 1 day a week onsite. Remote candidates may be considered if there's a lack of local candidates. 7.5 hours per day.
Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong understanding of business processes, including financial controls, data management, and workflow optimization.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for system implementations or enhancements.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and understanding out-of-the-box functions.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation, preferably using Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience with user training, change management, and documentation development.
