Description
Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to conduct options analyses and to define requirements for creation and implementation of a new ICAM solution
Responsibilities:
- Consult stakeholders (individually or by means of facilitating group sessions) to identify comprehensive business requirements;
- Document business requirements for all stakeholders;
- Advise Senior Management on a range of issues affecting the organization's ability to achieve the project's business objectives;
- Facilitate meetings (brainstorms, backlog refinements, planning sessions) with the clients and the development teams to get the stakeholder requirements.
- Analyze the current state of the business to find what works and what is missing to document the “to be” state with the clients.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, working directly with a product owner.
- Analyze the work to be done and develop a business requirements work plan
- Work on AGILE SCRUM teams supporting the Product Owner to populate and refine the Product Backlogs
Must Haves:
- Reliability Clearance
- 10 year of Business Analyst experience
- Agile Experience
Nice To Have:
- Security Experience
- ITIL, Certification of Capability in Business Analysis
