Senior Business Analyst – Cyber / IAM (Process & Delivery Focus)

Location: North Missiauga / South Brampton (4 days onsite)

Duration: Contract through end of year with strong likelihood of extension

S.i. Systems is supporting a large Canadian enterprise within their Cyber Security portfolio, with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and broader security initiatives.

This role is suited for a Senior Business Analyst who can step into an active environment and bring structure, consistency, and clarity across multiple workstreams. The team is managing several parallel initiatives and is looking for someone who can standardize how work is documented, tracked, and delivered.

• Support IAM and broader cyber security initiatives across multiple active streams
• Drive consistency in documentation, templates, and process across the team
• Work closely with technical leads to translate discussions into clear, structured outputs
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deliverables stay on track
• Develop process documentation, workflows, and standardized approaches to delivery
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
• Help bring structure to an environment where processes are still evolving

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in enterprise environments
• Exposure to cyber security and/or IAM initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate independently
• Strong experience creating process documentation, templates, and structured deliverables
• Ability to work with technical stakeholders and translate complex topics into clear outputs

• Experience supporting IAM programs or identity-related initiatives
• Background in large-scale enterprise or transformation environments
• Experience bringing structure to teams lacking standardized processes
