Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues.
Elicit and analyze business and system requirements, create/edit documentation such as current and future state business & systems processes, user stories, story maps, data catalogs, business rules, use cases, and user interface design.
Stakeholder management where candidate can coordinate among stakeholders, colleagues, and managers to encouraging adoption of best practices.
Provide support to our business, technical and third-party partners during the development and testing phases.
Contributes to successful project completion within budget and on time, by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies.
Review test plans, scenarios, cases as needed.
Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation.
Identifying risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business unit partners through all project phases.
