Senior BSA - Large Enterprise Transformation Experience

  • Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues.
  • Elicit and analyze business and system requirements, create/edit documentation such as current and future state business & systems processes, user stories, story maps, data catalogs, business rules, use cases, and user interface design.
  • Stakeholder management where candidate can coordinate among stakeholders, colleagues, and managers to encouraging adoption of best practices.
  • Provide support to our business, technical and third-party partners during the development and testing phases.
  • Contributes to successful project completion within budget and on time, by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Review test plans, scenarios, cases as needed.
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation.
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business unit partners through all project phases.
