Job Description: Position Title: Java developer
Duration: 6 months
Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid, Wednesday 3rd Friday
Office Location: 81 Bay 21st Floor
Best vs average candidate: experience with Java application, cloud based application, can work independently, can come up with solutions if need, banking experience will be an asset,
Responsibilities:
The role requires expertise in Java, microservices, API integration, and a strong ability to quickly adapt to the existing system architecture while ensuring seamless user experiences.
Must Have skills:
1. Experience in full stack Java development experience - 3+ years
2. Experience with Azure cloud - 3+ years
3. Experience with Angular - 3 years
4. Experience with Spring framework - 3 years
5. Experience with Agile methodology - 2 years
6. Experience with Restful api’s - 3 years
7. Strong communications skills.
Nice to have skills:
1. Banking experience
2. Knowledge of Angular (v15) for front-end development is an asset.
3. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Kibana.
