Description
We are seeking a Senior AWS DataHub Developer for a high-priority engagement to support a critical data platform initiative. This is a client-facing role based in Calgary, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions.
Duration - Until Dec 2026 plus extension
Location - Calgary
Work Mode - Onsite
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Senior Data Engineer / AWS Developer
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Kafka (streaming and event-driven architecture)
- AWS Glue
- ETL development and data pipeline design
- AWS CDK (infrastructure as code)
- Data processing frameworks and large-scale data handling
- Proven experience working in AWS cloud environments
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients
