Our utilities client is looking for a Senior AP Analyst specializing in S/4HANA and VIM to train and validate the new OCR invoice-processing system.


Must-haves:

  • 4 + years Hands-on AP processing experience with large invoice volumes.
  • Direct experience in SAP S/4HANA AP (must be fully comfortable navigating the system).
  • SAP VIM experience - understanding workflows, exceptions, and invoice routing.
  • Experience training or validating OCR invoice-capture tools (running sample invoices, correcting misreads).
  • Experience working in multi-entity / multi-company-code environments.
  • Strong data accuracy and pattern-recognition skills for OCR testing.
