Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives supporting enterprise platforms within a complex financial services environment. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering teams, managing cross-platform dependencies, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into executable technology programs.

The successful candidate will bring experience delivering enterprise-scale applications, digital transformation initiatives, and infrastructure modernization programs within highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of large-scale technology programs spanning multiple applications, platforms, and engineering teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, roadmap, timelines, and delivery risks while ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
• Drive Agile delivery practices across multiple teams and ensure effective program execution within complex enterprise environments.
• Facilitate intake and planning processes with business stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into structured delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery governance including dependency management, release planning, and production readiness.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise technology standards.
• Lead initiatives involving digital platform transformation, application modernization, or infrastructure-related programs.
• Manage delivery of initiatives with regulatory or compliance considerations, coordinating with risk, legal, and governance stakeholders as required.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, and milestones.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs or platforms in banking, wealth management, investment platforms, or financial regulatory programs.
• Proven experience acting as an Agile Delivery Manager or technical program delivery lead supporting multiple engineering teams.
• Experience delivering initiatives within large financial institutions, major insurers, or similarly complex regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing delivery across multiple applications, services, or platform ecosystems.
• Ability to manage programs involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong experience working within Agile delivery frameworks in large enterprise environments.
• Experience managing program scope, timelines, risks, and delivery governance for complex technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technology and business leadership.
• Experience delivering initiatives involving digital transformation, enterprise platforms, or infrastructure modernization.

Nice to Haves:

• Background in software engineering or technical development prior to moving into delivery leadership.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms used by large internal user populations (e.g., operations, servicing, or customer support teams).
• Exposure to initiatives involving mutual funds, retail investments, or regulatory technology programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, or platform engineering initiatives.
