Description
Our valued public sector client is in need of a Senior (10+ years) Reliability cleared SAP HR Architect to guide, support and provide architectural expertise in relation to the SAP ECC6 to S4/HANA migration
The objective is to acquire a SAPA3 with expertise in SAP HR to guide, support and provide architectural expertise in relation to on-premises ERP (SAP) to the new cloud solution, as well as the design, development and maintenance of the SAP process Integration Pay and Time and other HR Personnel Administration projects

Tasks Include:
- Create detailed application architecture artifacts, including components diagrams, integration points, and infrastructure layout;
- Develop comprehensive application design documents that address both functional and non-functional business requirements;
- Deliver high-level and detailed solution designs not technical, including system architecture diagrams, technical workflows, and data models;
- Prepare complete use case documentation that outlines business processes, actors, preconditions, flows, and exceptions;
- Develop cutover strategy and documentation, including timelines, rollback plans, and key transition activities;
- Create a phased solution roadmap plan highlighting milestones, key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies;
- Conduct a solution evaluation report that assesses performance, scalability, user satisfaction, and alignment with business goals;
- Create Application Solution Architecture artifacts that align with enterprise standards and support the target business processes;
- Design comprehensive application technology solutions that meet specified business requirements and integrate with existing systems;
- Develop high-level and detailed solution designs not technical design, including system architecture diagrams, process flows, and data models;
- Provide weekly status reports to management detailing progress on assigned tasks, risks/issues, and upcoming deliverables; and
Must Haves:
- 10+ years experience as a SAP Architect Level 3 to provide SAP Architecture Recommendations in regards to the business process being researched or implemented, creates architecture artifacts for the projects. Develops SAP, frameworks, strategies, and architecture model, to meet the business and technical requirements.
- 10+ years experience in the last ten (10) years working and supporting SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
- 5+ years of experience in the last ten (10) years implementing SAP Integration Time and Pay functionality to H4S4 on S/4HANA and BTP integration Suite.
- 15+ years experience planning, designing and implementing SAP solutions
Nice to Have:
- 10+ years experience implementing SAP Integration Time and Pay functionality to H4S4 on S/4HANA and BTP integration Suite.
