Description
Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Secret Senior SAP Enable Now Trainer to guide business users in creation of the content and complete training sessions in live SAP environments.
Must Haves:
- SAP Trainer (10+ years)
- SAP Enable Now ( 5+ years)
- Training sessions in a live SAP environment (2+ years)
Responsibilities:
- Delivered hands-on training sessions in a live SAP environment (SAP ECC), enabling users to execute real-time transactions and understand end-to-end business process integration.
- Own SEN platform operations: user/role admin, structure/work areas, publishing, integrations/exports, routine maintenance.
- Supporting business users in developing training content, providing structured guidance to ensure accuracy and alignment with SAP system functionality and business standards.
- Provide standards and guidance to SMEs and project teams (templates, best practices, review checklists).
- SEN administration (Manager & Producer): user administration, roles/permissions, libraries, work areas, server settings, backup/restore basics.
- SEN content (guided tours, simulations, book pages, collections, curricula).
- Familiar with training landscape concepts (sandbox/training clients, refreshes, user roles for learners/instructors).
- Proficient with SEN Producer (recording, edits, multi‑mode outputs: demo/practice/test), plus basic multimedia hygiene (audio quality, overlays, image optimization).
- Knowledge of the Courseware Development Lifecycle, adult learning principles, and task‑based design; converting SME input into clear learning materials.
- Ability to deliver just‑in‑time enablement and coach SMEs on capturing content with SEN.
- Experience working with ITSM Ticketing software: service requests management, incident/problem tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management (business owners, project teams, vendors).
- Can coordinate and run the training support team day‑to‑day: stand‑ups, allocation, follow‑ups, risk logs.
- Comfortable with SharePoint/Teams filing structures, permissions, and link hygiene.
- Create and maintain documentation: playbooks, admin guides, SOPs, quick reference guides, onboarding materials.
