Our client is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors HCM functional consultant who has experience implementing and configuring JPB (Job Profile Builder) from JDM (Job Description Manager)


5 month contract to start - 100% remote


Must have:

  • 7+ years experience as a Functional SAP SuccessFactors Consultant analyzing business requirements, assessing "as is" and "to be", configuring and implementing at least three of the following modules
  • Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Succession Management, LMS, Recruitment, Career Development, etc...
  • Experience with upgrading and configuration JDM (Job Description Manager) to JPB (Job Profile builder) from functional design, technical analysis, configuration, UAT and hypercare.
  • Strong experience with Job Architecture and Center of Capabilities (CoC) experience from requirements gathering through to hyper care.
  • Experience with development of best practices in the Job Architecture framework, for data consistency and accuracy.
  • SAP Certifications in SuccessFactors modules

What you will be doing:

  • Configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors JDM, Job Architecture/Job Profile Builder and Center of Capability from requirements gathering through to implementation and hyper care
  • Support integration of JDM 2.0/Job Profile builder
  • Supporting enhancements for multiple modules like Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Succession, LMS, Recruitment, Career Development
  • Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes business requirements and objectives to develop system configurations to satisfy business reporting needs
  • Identify, analyze issues with in-depth evaluation of identify root cause and propose alternate options to solve complex business problems
  • Conduct current state assessments, evaluate assessment results, and present findings including pros n cons
  • Audit and validate data within HR systems.
  • Perform fit gap analyses to determine initiatives and build out roadmaps to address identified gaps focused on communication plans, governance structures
