REMOTE (BC or Toronto based) - VP of Technology to define enterprise architecture, drive ERP replacement and align technology to growing business's goals

S.i. Systems privately owned Canadian sales, distribution, shipping and manufacturing client is seeking a Vice President of Technology to define enterprise architecture, drive ERP replacement and align technology to support the growing business' goals.

Compensation targeting $200,000 - $250,000 / annum

Mostly REMOTE - client's office is based in Burnaby and they go onsite occasionally

Client's preferred candidate is based in BC or Toronto (also offices there).

Critical Competencies Required

• Business Acumen
• Change Management: Ability to navigate "sales-first" culture
• Stakeholder Management: Can work with strong personalities
• Strategic Planning: Balance immediate fixes with long-term vision
• Vendor Management: Experience negotiating and managing enterprise software contracts

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• 3-10 years experience in an IT leadership role
• ERP Migration Experience: Must have led at least one major ERP transformation
• Integration Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns
• Modern Architecture: Cloud-first, API-driven approach - and experience migrating from on-prem to hybrid/cloud
• Data Strategy: Experience with MDM and data governance
• Successfully integrated CRM and ERP systems
• Managed technology in rental/inventory-based businesses (preferred)
• Led teams through digital transformation
