Our client, located downtown Toronto in the financial services industry is currently seeking a project coordinator who has some project management experiences to fill an immediate need within their space.


It is imperative that you have excellent communication skills and have an aptitude to be able to take on small projects when assigned.


Here are the top five things that you will be doing on a daily basis:


  • Provide administrative support for the PMO, including documentation and consolidated status reporting.
  • Assist in updating and standardizing project templates.
  • Support governance and adherence to processes and standards.
  • Coordinate and distribute project updates across the Wealth Portfolio.
  • Assist Project Managers and the Director PMO with project-related tasks as required.
