Product Manager with Generative AI / AI product experience to lead product development for next-generation AI-driven healthcare experiences

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Product Manager with Generative AI / AI product experience to lead product development for next-generation AI-driven healthcare experiences.

Your work directly contributes to building the future of connected healthcare with a digital health platform that delivers personalized, intelligent experiences to millions of Canadians. You will be working alongside Engineering, Design, Clinical, Legal, Privacy, Data Science, and Regulatory partners.

Duration: 1 Year (to start)

Location: North York (1-2 days/week onsite)

Responsibilities:

Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmapping

• Define and iterate on the vision for Generative AI healthcare experiences.
• Conduct discovery to understand clinician, provider, and patient pain points.
• Build and own the AI product roadmap, balancing user needs, clinical insights, and business outcomes.

Identify AI Opportunities Across Clinical & Operational Workflows

• Surface high-value AI opportunities in: Clinical Documentation, Patient Messaging, Intake Triage, Care Coordination, Provider Productivity, Decision Support, and/or Population Health Insights
• Validate problems and use cases with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure real-world impact.

Product Definition & Prioritization

• Translate AI/ML capabilities into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize AI features based on potential clinical impact, feasibility, and data-driven insights.
• Maintain a backlog informed by real-world workflow data and model performance.

Cross-Functional Engagement

• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to co-create AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Legal, Privacy, and Regulatory teams to ensure safe and compliant AI products.
• Align stakeholders around product goals, success metrics, and expected outcomes.

Launch, Outcomes & Iteration

• Lead AI product launches from concept to market adoption with clear value propositions.
• Define and monitor KPIs, including adoption, model accuracy, safety, and user satisfaction.
• Iterate continuously based on user feedback, clinical validation, and performance insights.

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years product management experience, with proven experience launching AI or Generative AI products.
• Strong understanding of how users interact with AI systems and decision-support tools.
• Ability to translate complex AI/ML capabilities into actionable product features and user value.
• Strong analytical, discovery, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Prior work with AI in clinical documentation, triage, care coordination, or population health analytics.
