We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager with a strategic vision, a team-first mindset and demonstrated excellence in product management execution.

Join the Payroll Product Management team expanding our Canada Payroll product in market; an offering designed for Canadian small businesses. As the Product Manager for Payroll, working in concert with our design, development and global product teams - you would be designing and building out the offering for the Canadian market. In tandem with our global product teams, you would be identifying our customers’ most pressing problems, ideating and prototyping solutions, prioritizing product development, and managing end-to-end product management execution. Responsibilities: What you’ll do

  • Deeply understand our customers through follow-me-home research, usability studies, rapid experimentation, and emphatic customer empathy
  • Analyze our market and our available market opportunities, and establish and communicate a bold, coherent strategic vision
  • Collaborate with design, development, analytics and business partners - in Canada and across the globe - to craft simple and impactful web and mobile app experiences
  • Prioritize and manage product development with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact experiences, quickly
  • Influence a matrix of stakeholders to deliver optimum customer benefit
  • Be bold and be entrepreneurial; foster a culture of innovation and impact
  • Lead by example; plan and conduct experiments to validate solution ideas; challenge the status quo

Skills: What you’ll need

  • Product Management: Experience Product Management role designing and delivering world-class solutions that drive customer delight and business growth or relevant experience solving customer problems
  • Customer Empathy: Passion for solving customer problems and successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience
  • Discovery: Passionate about unearthing customer insights and championing the voice of the customer
  • Analytical Capability: Outstanding analytical skills, demonstrated by roadmaps and recommendations, backed by solid business cases
  • Collaboration & Influence: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, locations and cultures to deliver a delightful end-to-end customer experience
  • Execution: Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap using Agile development methodologies in a hands-on, hard-working, scrappy environment

Nice to haves

  • Background or experience in Accounting (CPA or equivalent designation)
