Pre-Sales Consultant to support customer projects for LAN and WIFI

Our telecommunications client is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to support customer projects for LAN and WIFI!

You will join the business market sales support team to process customer additions and support new opportunities. You will support LAN and WIFI projects, helping shape secure and efficient connectivity solutions for enterprise clients.

Initial 9-month contract in Montreal, QC (hybrid 2 days/week on-site), with possibility of extension. 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales support and technical teams to deliver tailored network solutions
• Participate in the customer requirements review process for LAN and WIFI projects
• Prepare proposals according to enterprise guidelines and initiate orders
• Work in conjunction with partners in the WLAN and LAN services ecosystem (CISCO, Aruba, etc.).
• Utilize the CISCO Commerce Workplace (CCW) tool and TELUS internal systems
• Manage multiple concurrent projects under management direction
• Contribute to unified communications and connectivity architecture initiatives

Must Haves

• Fluent French communication for client and partner interaction
• Proven experience in a sales / pre-sales engineer capacity
• Proven experience with unified communication, SD-WAN, LAN configuration and WIFI infrastructure

Nice to Have

• Sales aptitudes to support customer proposals
• Field experience with enterprise network deployments
• Knowledge of cyber security practices
