Our Financial Services Client is looking for a Power Platform Developer with full Stack development experience to support Digital Services Platform for the development, deployment, and support of a new, cutting-edge digital banking platform.

This is Permanent role,100% Remote, Vancouver, BC preferred, open to BC, Ontario and Alberta candidates.

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience in platform full stack development with a focus on banking (Lending, CRM, Wealth) platforms
• Experience with Power Platforms
• Front-end Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, UI
• Back-end Languages/Frameworks: Node.js, Express.js, C#,.Net, Python (with Django), PHP, or Java.
• Databases: SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Azure DB
• Hands-on experience with vendor-based platforms and third-party system integrations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance requirements, and performance optimization for digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the financial services or credit union industry.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or automation technologies as applied to digital platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to digital banking operations.
