Title: PMO Operations Manager
Duration: 6 months from start date (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Hybrid - Downtown Toronto (4 days a week, practically we are in the office 2-3 days a week as space allows)
Focus
Day-to-day PMO (Project Management Office) management, control execution, and operational oversight.
Summary
The PMO Operations Manager is responsible for the daily execution of PMO processes, ensuring governance, control testing, and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time. This role ensures operational consistency, data integrity, and supports delivery teams in meeting enterprise standards.
Outcomes
• Maintain a consistent and compliant PMO operating environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of control testing and attestation processes.
• Monitor and resolve Key Risk Indicator (KRI) breaches.
• Automate and streamline PMO reporting and governance workflows.
• Support PM onboarding and governance education.
Key Results
• 100% completion of quarterly control testing with documented ratings and remediation plans.
• All PMRO attestation packages submitted on time with no material deficiencies.
• KRI breaches resolved within defined SLA, with “Return to Green” plans tracked.
• Automation tools implemented, reducing manual effort and improving reporting accuracy.
• Clarity data maintained with reduced error rate across governance fields.
• Oversight that governance and training onboarding is completed for all new PMs within 30 days of role start.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute quarterly control testing and document results, ratings, and remediation actions.
• Monitor and manage Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), ensuring breaches are tracked and resolved.
• Coordinate and submit PMRO attestation packages, including GRCE documentation and control deficiency tracking.
• Maintain Clarity data accuracy and ensure timely updates aligned with governance milestones.
• Implement and maintain automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Selenium) to streamline control testing and reporting.
• Track operational metrics and report on PMO performance, efficiency, and compliance.
• Support onboarding and training of PMs and SMs on governance and control expectations.

Must Have Requirements:
• 10 years of PM experience
• Control Testing & Compliance: Run quarterly tests, document results, and track fixes.
• Risk Management: Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and resolve breaches on time.
• Data Accuracy: Keep Clarity data clean and up to date.
• Automation Tools: Use tools like Power BI and Selenium to reduce manual work.
• Reporting: Leverage and improve dashboards and reports to track PMO performance.
• Governance Support: Submit attestation packages and support PM onboarding.
