We are searching for a " Part-Time" Senior Procurement Consultant to lead the procurement and vendor selection for a modern contact centre technology replacement.

Part-time - 6-month contract with possible extension - Fully Remote

Must-Have:

• 8+ years of Procurement experience, including leading complex, technology-focused RFPs
• 5+ years of hands-on experience procuring Contact Centre Technology platforms (e.g., CCaaS, IVR, WFM, QA, CRM integrations)
• Demonstrated experience procuring both technology vendors and implementation/system integration partners
• Strong understanding of SaaS licensing models, vendor commercial structures, and implementation delivery models
• Proven ability to run RFP/RFQ processes end-to-end in complex stakeholder environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across IT, Operations, Legal, and Finance

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working in public sector or publicly funded, high-governance environments
• Familiarity with modern, cloud-based contact centre ecosystems and omnichannel solutions
• Experience supporting enterprise technology transformation or platform replacement initiatives
• Professional Procurement certifications (e.g., SCMP, CPSM)

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the procurement strategy for contact centre technology and implementation services
• Manage end-to-end RFP activities, including drafting procurement documents, coordinating vendor Q&A, and overseeing evaluations
• Facilitate vendor shortlisting, demos, presentations, scoring, and final vendor selection
• Provide commercial and financial analysis, including pricing models, licensing structures, and implementation and ongoing support costs
• Support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with governance, funding, and audit requirements
